1. Scope and operator
Wanjiada operates this main business website from Jieyang, Guangdong, China. Use the contact details below for questions about personal information. This notice describes this website; it does not automatically cover the separately operated Wanjiada Blog or websites reached through external links.
2. Information you provide
The inquiry form asks for your name, company, work email and country, with an optional project brief. The model or project reference may be included in that brief. Files are sent separately by email, not uploaded through the form. Correspondence and any files you send may contain further information you choose to provide. Please do not send sensitive personal information unrelated to the inquiry.
We use inquiry information only to handle your quotation request and related business communication, including understanding requirements and replying to you. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. This necessary handling of a request is separate from consent to optional analytics or videos.
3. Technical services and browser storage
Website delivery, inquiry processing and security services receive technical information needed to handle connections and submissions, such as an IP address, browser details and request data. The site also requests Poppins font styles and files from Google Fonts; Google receives connection information for these requests. Fonts are not controlled by the optional analytics choice.
Your privacy preference is stored in this browser under wanjiada-privacy-v1 for up to 180 days, then requested again. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice applies only to the current page session. The procurement shortlist uses local browser storage when you use that tool and remains until you remove items, clear the list or clear browser data. A shortlist is not itself an inquiry; information is sent when you submit an inquiry or contact us.
Optional PostHog usage analytics is off until you allow it. The controlled configuration uses in-memory analytics identifiers and selected navigation or inquiry-action events, without inquiry names, email addresses, company details, country fields, message text, full URLs or referrers. Session recording, automatic interaction capture and advertising tracking are not enabled. Technical connection information may still be processed when analytics requests are sent. The separate additional performance-statistics script is disabled.
Embedded YouTube videos require permission for external video and a further click on the video. The privacy-enhanced YouTube player then connects to YouTube, which receives device and connection information and may use its own storage. An external YouTube link takes you to that service under its own terms and privacy notice. Google, YouTube and PostHog publish information about their own processing on their websites.
4. Service providers and processing locations
Website hosting and security, inquiry delivery, email handling and any optional services you enable involve service providers processing information for those functions. This does not authorize using inquiry details for unrelated marketing.
Wanjiada is based in China. Depending on the service and your location, processing may occur in another country. A complete provider-location list and the applicable international-transfer arrangements are not specified in this notice. Contact Wanjiada for information relevant to your request; do not infer a particular data-residency or transfer guarantee.
5. Inquiry records and retention
A standard retention and clean-up period for inquiry records has not yet been determined. This notice therefore gives no fixed number of days and makes no automatic-deletion promise. For information about an existing inquiry record, or to request its deletion, contact Wanjiada using the details below.
The 180-day privacy-preference setting is a browser setting, not an inquiry-retention period or a guarantee about analytics-provider retention. Provider retention rules and any applicable legal record-keeping requirements need separate confirmation.
6. Your choices and requests
Use Cookie Settings in the footer to accept all optional services, reject non-essential services, or choose usage analytics and external video separately. They are off by default. You can change or withdraw a choice at any time. Withdrawal stops future controlled analytics events and removes an open embedded player; it does not undo information already sent to a provider. Rejecting optional services does not prevent product browsing or inquiry submission.
You can also remove local browser storage through your browser. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object to processing, and to complain to a competent supervisory authority. Send requests to the email below. We may need proportionate information to identify the relevant record; no particular response deadline or unconditional deletion outcome is promised here.
7. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when website features or actual information-handling practices change. Please review it before sending information or changing your optional-service choices. Contact Wanjiada if you need clarification about the notice or your inquiry.
